Hi my Adobe ID will not sign in. it presents the message an error occurred while signing in

I subscribed to adobe export PDF earlier today but I am unable to sign in to use the tools for this subscription

Are you trying to login to our services from Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer?

If so please try to login at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password then select "Export PDF".

Please see more information about  Export PDF: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html

If you are using Reader please install the latest version of Reader DC.

Please let me know if you still cannot use our services.

Could someone from Adobe please get back to me and explain why I can not log into my subscription. I have received an invoice nr IEE2017003174872. The service and response has been far from admirable. I signed up and paid for this on Friday 18th as I needed to use the converting PDF service then and there. This has now cost me a lot of time at work!!!
