Highlights and notes dissapear when I use Document Cloud in my PC

I usually save a doc in the cloud storage, from my PC, so I can read it in my iPad. As I read, I make notes and hightlight the text. But when I try to use the same doc from my PC, downloading it from the Document Cloud, all the notes and highlights are not shown (Even though they remain in doc If I use the Document Cloud in my iPad)

What should I do?
