HIPAA

I am looking to use adobe in a mental health practice.  Adobe can create electronic signatures.  In order to be compliant Adobe would have to sign a BAA.  Will Adobe sign a business associates agreement to keep assure compliance under HIPAA?  I have seen a few responses to contact support but when searching have also seen that there is no support for adobe acrobat DC.  Thanks
