Ho acquistato in data 18/11/2014 con fattura IEE2014001413744 il pacchetto annuale per EXPORT PDF e ora non riesco più ad utilizzarlo perchè mi chiede di iscrivermi nuovamente al servizio. Come posso fare?

Hi deborahn8439367,

I've checked your account using the email address that you use to post here in the forums. I see two attempts to purchase an ExportPDF subscription, but it appears there was an issue with the payment. I don't see any other subscriptions for you under that email address.

Is it possible that you signed up back in November using a different email address? If so, make sure that you're using that email address/Adobe ID to log in to your subscription.
