To answer your question: Yes! Notification is normally automatic, but it’s worth confirming your notification settings so you don’t miss anything.
Here’s what happens by default and what you can check:

Once a recipient completes and signs your web form, Acrobat Sign emails the form owner (you) with a link to the completed PDF.

You can also see all completed web forms under Manage → Agreements in your Acrobat Sign dashboard.

Check Notification Settings

Go to Account Settings → Personal Preferences → Notifications (or Global Settings, depending on your role).

Make sure the option for "When someone signs my document" (or similar wording) is enabled.
