How can I cancel my account?

I have trying to find out how to cancel my acrobat account . I have tried the "Still need  Contact us " only be cicled around and to same Web without any one explaining how to accomplishing anything but frustration.

I am also unable to unsubscribe. Can anyone help me? I follow the steps and get informed in circles, do not go out of the place. Help !!! I need to cancel as soon as possible !!!
