I have signed up and paid for 2 versions of Adobe neither of which will not allow me to convert or condense file size of a password protected PDF. Apparently the two versions are of no help to me in reducing the PDF size so that I can email the document. Adobe will not allow me to convert it to Word. How do I go about getting a refund?

I'm sorry that your subscriptions didn't work out for you. I would be happy to cancel your subscriptions for you. Because you just placed the orders today, they are still pending in the order management system. It may take an extra day or so for the cancelations to process, as the orders must finish processing before we can issue a refund. But, I'll get the process started...
