How can I cancel my subscription?

I subscribed yesterday and have attempted to install the software 20 times. I give up and want to cancel and can't find how to do it.

    Hi Sara,

    Thanks for your fast response. Unfortunately, the directions that Customer Care gives don't work. There is supposed to be an edit hyperlink next to the subscription status and I should be able to edit and turn the auto renew off. But as you can see below my status says Active instead of Auto renew and their is no edit link.

    Any suggestions?
