How can i cancel my subscription to Adobe ExportPDF Annual?

I suscribed to

Adobe ExportPDF Annual (Other,Multiple Languages)

and found it very hard to use (not what i expected when I purchased annual subscription) and i need to cancel it before i can consider exploring other Adobe products. Help?

    Hi girls,

    I see that you've already canceled your subscription, but that it is still active until the next billing cycle. If you'd like, I can cancel it entirely, and process a refund for you as well, since you'd be canceling within the first 30 days.

    Please let me know how you'd like me to proceed.
