    In case, you really want to Cancel your subscription then you can use this link (Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services) to unsubscribe.

    However, we would like to know the reason for which you have choose to cancel your subscription so that we can improve our services.

    Hi, 

    That link didn't work for me just kept taking me back to 'cancel annual subscription ' part. This seems quite a task just to cancel. I have never used it and don't intend to therefore I don't want to pay for something I will never use.
