How can I connect to document cloud? I bought new laptop. I installed acrobat pro IX that I used old laptop.

As you have mentioned, its Acrobat IX not the Acrobat Document Cloud and neither you have signed up for any online service (PDF Pack or Export PDF)?

Acrobat IX is a very old version of Acrobat series that doesn't let you to connect with the Document Cloud.

Document Cloud is a latest version of Acrobat, if you would wish to use it then you need to upgrade your Acrobat version.
