Good Morning,  Can you tell me my my bill when from last year $191.12 to 254.87 this year?

Crummy support!!!!! My plan was supeto allow me 20 devices but only allows me 3, it is supposed to allow me to use a mobile device but won't unless I log off one of my devices. And nobody gets on the CHAT button. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I am a student and I can't even get my student discount because I can't get customer support. I guess the next stop is Department of consumer protection
