    trying to convert pdf to powerpoint but it tells me to upgrade my package and then when I try do that it takes me to customer services page where there is no help

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As I have checked the details for your account, you have Adobe Export PDF subscription.

    Under Export PDF, you can convert pdf file to Word/Excel/RichText format.

    To convert a pdf to powerpoint, you need to subscribe to Adobe PDF Pack or Acrobat.
