how can i delete my account and details

Cant connect to a chat representative, and apparently can delete your account through email. Can somone please help me?

    If you'd like to delete your Adobe ID completely, please reach out to our Privacy team.  They can explain the full impact of deleting your Adobe ID as it pertains to product registrations and service subscriptions.
