You can convert your files to Word and download them using this service, but you can't convert them back to PDF afterwards.
I recommend you get Acrobat if you need to do that kind of conversions.

If you're referring to "Adobe Export PDF" it's not an application you download. It's an online service which you can access via Adobe (Acrobat) Reader or here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

I have an acct.  Once I go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf   , how do I get PDF files from my mac desk top to convert to Word and back to PDF after change?
