I have subscribed to acrobat export on my old computer. Said computer crashed. Bought new computer. Logged into my adobe acct. Attempted to download acrobat export. Was prevented from doing so by being informed that i had already subscribed to acrobat export

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Adobe Export PDF. Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via: Adobe Document Cloud as well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions .
You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
