How can I download from Acrobat.com to my local device?

I would like to download PDF documents I have on acrobat.com's cloud service to any local device I'm using, but I'm not being presented with the option. I'm using the 5GB free account. Does that have anything to do with the issue I'm having?

Are you trying to access Acrobat.com via Adobe Reader, or directly from the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/ ?
