How can I download my Acrobat XI subscription?

I was told that I would not have to download my Adobe x1 pro. Why are you continuously encourage me to purchase other products when I have not been able to communicate with you by reply email? You adobe, so far will not download and email many of my picture document. At this point, I wish I could cancel my subscription. You see my friend, I have an 80% hearing loss in both ears which makes telephone conversations almost impossible. Please do not try to sell me any more of your products. If, within the next few days, I have not learned how to download, create and email my scanned documents using your Adobe programs, I will respectfully request that you terminate monthly charges to my Pen Fed Gold Visa card.

    Hi Ted,

I'm sorry that your experience with Adobe has been a frustrating one. Let's see if we can get the software that you've already paid for downloaded, so you can start creating PDFs of your pictures.

If I understand correctly, you've purchased a monthly subscription to Acrobat Pro. That description does require you to download your software (the other Acrobat.com online services do not require download, so that may be where the confusion arose.) If your purchase has been processed, you can download your software by clicking the Download Now link at https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat.

Ted, we will do our best to get this sorted out. Please let us know if you need further assistance, and we'll take it from there.

    Best,

    Sara

I really do thank you my friend. Knowledge is power. Almost everybody knows that. Once I download adobe pro, shall I click save or run. I also need to know whether I should uninstall my old version of Acrobat Adobe. I need to get moving because both money and time is very crucial at this time in my life. Ted Strong Jr.

    Hi Ted,

Well, yay! We're on our way to getting you up and running. My preference is to click Save to download the installer to my computer. Once it's downloaded, you can run the installer from your computer--I think you'll find that it's faster that way. Knowledge is power, and time is money! What older version of Acrobat do you have? It should be OK to have the old and new coexist--unless you need to clear up disk space.

    Best,
