How can I download the software again without paying for it twice?
Thanks to a Windows 10 crash I have had to reinstall Windows 7 and I have lost my Annual Adobe PDF pack. How can I download the software again without paying for it twice?

PDF Pack is not an application that you can install on your computer, it's an online service... Maybe you were accessing it through Adobe Reader? If so, just download and install it, and log in to your Adobe account, and it should work just like before.
