How can I get back to Adobe Export after trialing Adobe DC?

I tried a free subscription to DC.  I had Adobe Export which I have paid for.  I don't want the DC, but it wont let me do anything.  I want to export a pdf doc to word.  Help!

    Hi marke61799095,

    Please try to login our online service at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password.

    Then select "Export PDF".

    Please let me know if you still have trouble with exporting your PDF file to Word.
