How can I get my image thumbnails to show on folders saved on my PC instead of the icon adobe symbol?

How can I get my image thumbnails to show on folders saved on my PC instead of the icon adobe symbol?

I have played with the Folder OPTION section and nothing works.  I used to see the thumbnail but now I only see the Adobe Icon and the saved titled I have.   I miss the thumbnail images that gave me preview of each file.
