Hello, i would appreciate some help, I have paid for a year renewed annually but whenever I download the product it says i am only entitled to the trial offer?
I keep getting a site for validation but to no avail also where are my validation numbers and licence number?
i would appreciate an answer from someone in the know
very frustrated at paying and not receiving my product easily

Hi jeanetteh,
I see that you have an Adobe PDF Pack subscription. Since it's an online service, there's nothing to download or install. You just need to sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password.
(It sounds like you may have also downloaded an Acrobat trial; but to use that outside of trial mode requires a different subscription.)
