    Hi cindys35593486,

Are you referring to a file that you converted via the Acrobat.com online service? If so, those files are stored in your Acrobat.com online account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. To edit a file, you'll need to download it first: Select the file on the file list and then click Download at the top of the list. Your file will be downloaded to the Downloads folder on your desktop; from there, you can open it in the appropriate application to edit it.

Note, if you want to edit a PDF file, you'll need to use Acrobat. If you don't have Acrobat, you can download a free 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.
