    Hi,

    You need to log in on this:https://cloud.acrobat.com/organizepages

    Take a look at this screen shot.

    Click on 'Select File To Organise' -> 'Choose File From My Computer'.

    Select the desire file.

    You will see the rotation icon on the file.
