How can I send personalized invitation via Outlook 2016?

Question

I understand this can only be done via adobe web portal but I want to have my own email format in order to send the communication out.  Kindly advice please.  Thank you.

As per the description above, I can understand that you want to customize the email format for communication for Adobe Send&Track, Is that correct?

You can install the Adobe Send&Track plug-in and attach the link(PDF file link) in the email and can create a custom email format.

To enable the Adobe Send&Track plug-in, install the trial of Acrobat Pro DC Download and install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC trial

This will enable the plug-in of Adobe Send&Track in Outlook.

Create a new event in the Outlook calendar.
Open the calendar invitation in your email inbox.
Choose who you want to invite.
Add additional details.
Include an explanatory message.
Review and send your invite.
