    Hi circleofservice,

If you have a subscription (or purchased Acrobat outright), you are entitled to install it on up to two computers. But how you go about that will vary depending on how you purchased Acrobat (as part of a Creative Cloud membership, or an Acrobat subscription).

Please tell us a bit more about what version of Acrobat you have, and how it was purchased, and we'll point you in the right direction. You might find this document helpful in getting you started: Acrobat XI Subscription | Download and install - Adobe

Hi - thank you for your response. My knowledge of downloading files and programs is very limited. However, I know that I did something through the cloud - but also believe I have the subscription. Is there an easy way to determine the answer to your question? Should I look for something in an email or in my account that would help to determine this?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi Stacey,

It looks like what you have is an Acrobat Pro subscription. So, all you need to do is log on to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat and click the Download button to download to your second computer. There's no serial number required, so you just need to log in with your Adobe ID and password.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Best,
