I am trying to log into the system to convert a PDF.  How can I tell if my account is current?

    Hi smithmay,

    I just took a peek at your account (same email address that you used here in the forums), and I don't find any order history. Is is possible that you may have used a different email address to sign up? I'll send you a private message so you can reply to that with any additional email addresses that you may have used. (It's not a good idea to post that personal information in the forums...)

    Hi David,

    I looked at your account, and it seems as though you may have found the answer that you were looking for. You had an ExportPDF subscription that expired back in January--and it looks like you signed up for a new subscription today.

    You can always check by logging in to www.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password, and looking under My Plans & Products.
