How can I use email addresses from my contacts?

It is inconvenient to re-type 40 email addresses each time. Is there a way for Adobe Send to remember email addresses?

In Photo shop elements 14 they have about 5 contacts in there. They aren't getting from my contact list, I have a lot more than that.
