How can I utilize the redaction tool in DC Pro with Document Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online)?

We are integrating Adobe Acrobat capabilities into MS Dynamics 365. We can do it all except that the redaction tool in Acrobat DC Pro is not available in Adobe Document cloud services. Any ideas would be a big help.

The redaction tool, and many many other features of Acrobat, are only available in Acrobat Pro - the locally installed Mac or Windows app. You must download the file and open it.
