How come all of a sudden when I convert from ExpertPDF to Word, the new Word document is empty! Another one I tried was all garbled. Where did the first one go????

I'm sorry that your conversions aren't working as expected. It sounds like you've had success in the past, but that the last few documents haven't converted well. Can you please tell me a bit more about these documents--how they were created (for example, what application created them, and whether they started out as scanned documents)?

The quality of a conversion depends on the quality of the PDF; it sounds like these two documents may not be well-formed PDFs. So, knowing a bit more about how they were created will help us get to the bottom of things.

Please let me know the exact workflow you are following.

Are you trying to access the service from within Reader? If so, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates (the error you describe can occur with other versions of Reader). If you're accessing it from a website, clear the browser cache and try logging in again. Also, make sure that you're using a supported web browser (System requirements | Acrobat.com).
