how come i can't merge files?

I just purchased this but I can't access any of the features like merging 2 PDF files. When I try, it tells me to upgrade from my current 90 plan to one that costs 20 bucks. What gives?

Hey brandt jelken,

Could you please let me know for what Adobe online service pack have you subscribed for.

You might need to subscribe for Adobe PDF Pack online service in order to merge PDF files.

Please share the screenshot of the error message, if possible.
