I purchased a new laptop. I'm trying to figure out how to sign in to access the PDF Pack portion of my subscription...I'm using Adobe DC. I'm sure it's something simple but I'm just not seeing the option to sign in.

This is correct that you can easily access Adobe PDF Pack from a different computer.
As per the account information we see that you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack.
Adobe PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered.
