How do I access PDF Pack?

We just purchased an Adobe utility program for $90 to convert and export PDF files to JPG.  It worked once and now we cannot find this utility to do the rest?

    There are two ways using these Acrobat.com services:

    1. via Adobe Reader
    2. directly on the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/

    You need to be signed-in with your Adobe ID.
