how do I annotate/copy and paste?

I was able to do so before but now the menu/toolbar to do so is not showing in acrobat.com

    Hi greentara0,

    Are you trying to comment on a PDF file that's open in a web browser? If so, what browser are you using? (If you're previewing the PDF in your acrobat.com account, the commenting tools won't be available there.)
