how do I cancel?

I would like to cancel my document sign. How can I? I did not see the function cancel in my manage account.
Please help. Thanks

You can also Contact Customer Care . Make sure you sign in with your Adobe ID and select product from the list.

Then select chat or phone option under "Still need help?Contact us".
