How do I cancel a 1 year PDF

Trying to cancel a 1 year subscription to the PDF exporter annual fee of 32.72$ and it keeps telling me to talk to customer support. Wtf.....I thought having a different card a year later would make a big difference but I guess not and now they billed me 2 days ago for this crap and now to make matters worse they're requiring me to jump through a million hoops.
