How do I cancel my account? I keep getting the run around (no return phone calls, no chat response)

I've been given the runaround all morning. Even after leaving a return phone number in the automated customer service system and trying online support I get nothing.

Terrible customer service and experience. Not sure why as I could be back for other products if the experience is painless.

    Hi nothappycustomer123,

    I'm sorry that canceling your subscription has been so difficult. I looked up your account so that I could take care of your subscription, but all I see under the email address that you use here is canceled ExportPDF subscription. Can you please tell me what you're trying to cancel, and whether you think it may have been set up under a different email (but please don't post that email here).
