Has anyone had trouble cancelling their plan?

    Hi sll515,

    I checked your account, and see just an Acrobat subscription. Is that what you want to cancel? Unfortunately, I am not able to cancel Acrobat subscriptions. However, a Customer Care agent can take care of that very quickly for you. Please Contact Customer Care.
