    Hi sll515,

I checked your account, and see just an Acrobat subscription. Is that what you want to cancel? Unfortunately, I am not able to cancel Acrobat subscriptions. However, a Customer Care agent can take care of that very quickly for you. Please Contact Customer Care.

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Best,

    Sara

    Hi sll515,

That's something that I can help with. Would you like me to cancel your subscription?

    Best,

    Sara

Yes, please! It is a great product; however I'm no longer in a position that I use it.
