How do I cancel my annual subscription to ExportPDF?

Hi, the system is making me stupid by sending me round the same topics and I cannot cancel my subscription for Open transaction detailsADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE 044-207-3650 IR IRL Card xx3201 AUD 39.59, Adobe ExportPDF Annual. I start my subscription on of  12/07/2017- less than 30 days ! And i got 1 more month for before I ve got right to refund my money but there is no clear and genuine way to have your money back ! Thanks

    If you do not wish to continue with the subscription, the surely you can get this canceled.

    For the cancellation you need to contact to our billing team via chat support (Mon-Fri)- Contact Customer Care
