How do I cancel my order and get my money back?

I purchased Adobe Export PDF for a specific purpose - to be able to fill in PDF documents and print them.  The PDF documents I needed would not let me fill them in.  So, I am trying to find a way to cancel the order and get my money back.  Can anyone tell me how to do that?  Thanks.
