How do I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

I downloaded the Adobe Acrobat App on my phone in hopes of editing a PDF file on-the-go.

I saw the “$2.00/month” and ”$23.99/annually” caption so I figured— why not. I could spend the $2.00 for a monthly subscription.

Because I was on the app and bought the subscription on through the App Store. Little did I know, I wasn’t given the option of payment plans at all (before or after).

I was wondering how would I go about requesting for a refund? I’ve already canceled the subscirption on the iTunes Store and I‘ve been trying to get into contact with customer support but the chat has failed numerous times and would not connect me to a customer support specialist.

    Hi ShelliP,

    As you have confirmed that the App purchased was made through the Apple iTune, in that case you need to contact to the iTune support team for the cancellation and refund both.

    As Adobe doesn't have the billing information for the purchase, so we would not be able to initiate the refund for the subscription cancellation. Its also mentioned in the official help article that the purchase via Adobe Reader for iOS are paid through Apple's iTunes App Store. If you have questions about your subscription, contact Apple.

    I don't have an Apple iTunes, only have play store
