How do I cancel my subscription now! Adobe did not convert well to Word or Excel. I want a refund today. Not more ads for different products. Why is the ability to get a refund hidden?

    Hi tjm2,

    I checked your account and it looks as though your subscription has already been canceled. And, it looks as though the billing hasn't processed, so you shouldn't see a charge on your account.

    Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.

    Sara,

    Thank you for the quick response. I know that I cancelled my subscription

    being renewed in 12 months but I could not tell that I actually had

    cancelled the current subscription.
