    Hi Merveillek,

    As I understand from the description above, you want to cancel the Adobe subscription you have on your Adobe ID, Is that correct?

    The record shows that the Adobe PDFPack subscription on your Adobe ID is already canceled, you don't have any active subscription for now.

    If you want to check, please log in  on Adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password, and check the plan details under Manage account>Plans and Products.
