Are you using 'Acrobat.com Online Service' or Acrobat software?

In case you are using Acrobat.com online service then, You have to subscribe to Export PDF Pack to be eligible to Convert PDF to Word.

Yes I have an account. I log in but can not recall the steps to change the PDF back to word. Diane
