How do I change the page size on my 81/2 by 11 file to 8 x 5???

I have a 112 page pdf file that is 8 1/2 by 11 and I need to change the page size to 8 by 5.  I have tried the Print to PDF command but could not customize the size.  What am I doing wrong???

    I am using Microsoft Word to create the doc and I can set the size to 5 x 8.

    When I save it as a PDF, how do I set the size to 5 x 8?

    (It defaults to 8 1/2 by 11 in Acrobat.)
