how do I convert the pdf to ppt?

I just signed up for the service, and my profile informs that the account is activated. How do I proceed in order to convert the pdf to ppt? When I enter Tools in the document, and I press "convert", the system only gives me the option to buy the solution. Do I have to wait for it to work? Is there any sw that I have to download?

Hi irisf1822775,I've checked your account, and it looks like you've signed up for ExportPDF. That service doesn't allow you to convert to PowerPoint (but Adobe PDF Pack does).That said, it sounds like you're still having trouble logging on to your subscription. Please clear the browser cache and then log back in to https://cloud.acrobat.com.
