HOW DO I COVERT? EVERY TIME I TRY, IT OFFERS TO SELL ME WHAT I JUST PURCHASED
I HAVE PAID FOR A YEAR OF BEING ABLE TO CONVERT A PDF TO EITHER EXCEL OR WORD - NO HOW DO I DO IT?

Hi Fran,
I checked your account for orders and found that you have purchased subscription for SendNow this year in Feb(Adobe SendNow lets you send, share, and track large files online)
It would not give you option to convert PDF to excel or word. However, previous year you purchased subscription for ExportPDF which would enable the convertion feature on your account. That subscription is over in Feb this year.
That is the reason it is asking you to renew again while you try to convert.
