How do I create a Fillable PDF from a Word document I created? I have Adobe Reader XI.

I used to be able scan a Word document into a Fillable PDF format.  I no longer have the option to convert to a fillable form.  Can someone please tell me how I do that?  If I have to upgrade the program, I am willing to do that, but I need to know what version I convert to.  I currently have Adobe Reader XI.

    Hello Joann,

    Adobe Reader XI is not capable to creating Fillable PDF forms.
    You need to use Acrobat for it. Please refer to following link:
