How do I create a PDF from the printer?

    Hi rarussian,

    I'm not sure that I follow. Do you have an all-in-one and you want to scan a document to PDF? Or do you want to "print" a file to PDF? Please let us know what you're trying to achieve and we can get you going in the right direction.

    I see that you just purchased a PDF Pack subscription, so if you're using Windows, you can download and install the CreatePDF Desktop Printer, which would allow you to "print" to PDF from almost any application. You can find a link to download the installer on the Create PDF page when you're logged in to your account.
