How do I create my own pdf file for others to fill and sign? I bought the deluxe membership and I can't figure it out.

Please let me know how to create a fill and sign. I just bought the membership and the only thing it lets me do is upload a file to fill and sign or convert to pdf. I need to create my own  fill and sign for my faculty and staff.

    What exactly did you subscribe to?

    Adobe PDF Pack can convert documents to PDF.

    Adobe FormsCentral can create fillable forms from scratch or templates.

    Adobe Acrobat can do both and more.
