How do I create my own pdf file for others to fill and sign? I bought the deluxe membership and I can't figure it out.

Please let me know how to create a fill and sign. I just bought the membership and the only thing it lets me do is upload a file to fill and sign or convert to pdf. I need to create my own  fill and sign for my faculty and staff.
